Custom Lake Homes
The spaces we’re creating inside and out of the homes that we are building. I’m showcase a bit of everything from floor to ceiling as well as exterior touches to really make each home unique and inviting. The house has footers poured now. We’re adding gravel for equipment. Digging for septic install to run the rough plumbing and to really start to see a home taking shape. The footers show us where support walls will be and the rough plumbing lake kitchens, laundry rooms and baths. Can you envision this house yet?

We’re working on the final framing of the basement with white oak timbers being delivered and trimmed for install. The main level will be started soon.

The main level is getting framed now. You can really see the layout of the home and begin to see it as more than a prep site for a house. The doorways and windows help you to see where rooms will go and the view that they’ll have when we’re finished.
The story of a home continues to unfold: The roof is going on now along with installing windows. The exterior trim is also starting to go up. The beauty of the home can now be seen to be coming through.
The poured walls are all waterproofed and set. We’ve got rough-in plumbing all run and we’ve back-filled the entire area with earth. You can see the footprint of the house now. Next we’ll be pouring footers and foundations before we begin framing.

This home has a foundation now and the framing of the basement and burying of the septic tanks has given the landscape a finished look. The views are spectacular.
