Creating a Home vol 30

The spaces we’re creating inside and out of the homes that we are building. I’m showcase a bit of everything from floor to ceiling as well as exterior touches to really make each home unique and inviting. The craftsmanship and customer style make each space a new area to explore and take pointers from.

A lovely great room with vaulted ceilings, hardwood floors and a stone fireplace.

A spacious kitchen with dark cabinetry, stainless steel appliances and granite countertops.

The beams on the vaulted ceiling are so charming.

This look into the den from the living room shows the spaciousness of the home.

The living room features a vaulted ceiling, stone fireplace, hardwood floors and a great view of the lake.

The den is cosy with its fireplace and vaulted ceilings.

The pendant lights over the island are both modern and rustic.

The mixture of pebble tiles and large ones in the shower add a dimensional element to the master bath.

The master shower has dual shower heads and contrasting tile with the large pieces and the pebble tiles.

A duel vanity with a linen tower in the center.

A beautiful warm stairway leading to the loft.

This home is really becoming a beautiful thing. They’ve been pouring the path to the dock, building the deck and putting up the siding with the wood trim. It’s going to be very lovely when it’s all finished.

A lovely wet bar with cabinets stained a honey spice and topped by granite countertops.

This is a nice set up with the stools at the bar in the entertainment area in the basement.

Paddle ball all set up to play a game in the basement entertainment area.

The glow lights and projector for the theater look great all trimmed out.

More of the theater room with the wall sconce and tray style ceiling.

The theater room sure looks fun to watch films or play games in.

The projector mounted to the ceiling ensures that no one will block the movie.

An adjoining bath with a darker vanity granite countertop.

The vaulted ceiling over the dining area is lovely with the beams and the island has pendant lighting that really brings the kitchen together.

The dark cabinetry and stone back-splash are gorgeous with the mottled granite in this kitchen.

The glass doors on these dark cabinets break up the lines and really make it have a classy appearance.

We’ve gotten the foundation all poured and ready to begin framing. The stone retaining walls are set in place and rolls of grass seeds have been laid out to prevent the grading from sliding away with the spring rains.

The unique ceilings add dimension to the loft space.

The vaulted ceilings in the den keep the noise contained from both the dining and foyer spaces.

We’re working on installing the white oak timbers. It’s really a beautiful home that we’re seeing being built and these white oak timbers really enhance the beauty of the design.

The white oak is so heavy and large that specialized equipment has to be implemented to place them.

The rafters for the roof are being built and installed. You can see the shape of the whole home now. It’s going to be a beauty.

The framing is all set and now we’re insulating and getting all the plumbing finished up. Installing tubs before we start to put up drywall and tile is a part of that. We’re also getting the siding and decking up and ready to paint or stain. It’s really beginning to look like a home.
