Creating a Home vol 70

The spaces we’re creating inside and out of the homes that we are building. I’m showcase a bit of everything from floor to ceiling as well as exterior touches to really make each home unique and inviting. The craftsmanship and customer style make each space a new area to explore and take pointers from.

A lovely combination of modern wire and charming old world wooden railings.

A spacious and charming deck to enjoy the lake from.

The vaulted T&G roof on the deck will keep you cool with the dual ceiling fans and let you stay out late with the light from the chandelier.

You just can’t beat the view, it’s spectacular!

The boat house has so much charm and makes you want to hang out by the lake.

A rear patio trimmed out with stone siding.

The stone siding wraps the entire house and each column of this beautiful home.

The landscaping brings a beautiful element to this home.

Overhangs supported by cornices is a beautiful example of the wood craftsmanship in the home.

The slate stone steps, stone and wood columns bring your attention to this gorgeous front porch.

The honey color of the T&G ceiling is lovely.

The rectangular carriage light adds a lovely old world charm to the house.

The home has been painted inside and out. The protective plastic removed. The home is getting all the finishing touches before the owners get to move in.

A welcoming front porch with the wood work and slate. The double arched doors are very charming.

The exterior is a mix of hardi siding painted gray with white trim, lightly stained wood work and stone.

The lantern lights are a charming touch.

The stone columns and walls both define the space and add a glamorous design element.

The front porch is spacious and detailed with a T&G ceiling, the dark windows and door accented with the white trim in addition to the stone work.

A fabulous boat house with a deck on top to enjoy with family and friends.

The rear of the house features fantastic landscaping leading up to the back patio.

The boat house has board and baton siding with over hangs held up by cornices to give it a grand appearance.

The deck of the boat house has a wood and steel wire railing for a modern twist.

The grill area has lovely slate stone work.

The deck on top of the boat house is a wonderful space to enjoy the lake and all it has to offer. The lighting and fans make it a perfect space for both daytime and evenings.

A closer look at the cornices for the overhangs on the boat house. Woo details like these elevate it to new levels.

This home is getting stained beams and other wood work, painted on the interior and exterior as well as lighting being installed.

1-staining the beams — Gorgeous beams on all the vaulted ceiling angles.

2-staining the mantle — The mantle has a dark stain on it that looks fabulous.

3-painting — The interior is getting painted.

4-barn door stained and hung — This barn door is stained and hung, it adds a rustic charm to the home.

5-ext paint — The exterior is being painted as well.

6-stained T&G — All the vaulted ceilings for the screened-in porch are stained as well as the beams.

7-lights — A pendant light has been installed over the kitchen sink.

8-ceiling fan install — This eight bladed ceiling fan will really stir the air for the great room.

This lovely home features painted hardi board siding accented with stone and stained wood trim details.

The entrance steps are slate and match the stone on the exterior.

These custom shutters are stained cedar.

The columns on the back patio that brace the deck above are the same stained cedar as the shutters and other exterior wood work.

The back patio offers a lovely cool spot to enjoy the view and relax in.

The golf cart garage is a real convenience.

The sun deck is great for relaxing in the sun and enjoying company.

The columns are trimmed at both top and bottom.

The carriage light is a charming accent.

The golf cart is ready to go to the lake.

The home is getting more stone installed on the exterior, the chimney, an exterior staircase and some floors. Exterior trim is also getting installed and painted. The home is becoming more fully detailed.

1-chimney stone — The chimney is getting the stone installed.

2-stone floor delivery — MOre stone getting delivered.

3-ext trim going up — Exterior trim is going up.

4-ext trim painted — The exterior trim getting painted.

5-ext stairs ready for stone — The exterior staircase is now ready for the stone.

6-stone floor — This shows a stone floor being installed.

7-more stone — This home has more stone getting installed on the exterior all around the windows.

8-ext trim install — After the stone is in place the exterior trim gets added to frame the windows and doors.

The wet bar features white cabinetry, grey speckled granite and stainless steel appliances.

The pendant lighting fits perfectly in the space and ties the bar to the pool table area.

The elevated bar area has seating and is accented with large corbels.

The bar island has tons of storage and a gorgeous stretch of grey speckled granite.

The backsplash tile for the wet bar is perfect to offset the grey speckled granite and white cabinetry.

The crown molding trimmed beam identifies the bar space and is a charming touch of design.

The entertainment area is spacious and wonderfully cozy.

The pool table space has a floating granite shelf on three sides for a luxurious shelf.

The floating granite shelf is supported by smaller corbels matching those on the bar.

The transom window above the door let in more light and add an element of design and charm to the home.

The basement has its shower heads placed extra high for those taller guests. The tile is travertine in a diamond pattern.

The back porch has board and baton siding painted gray and accented with white trim.

The master bath has received shiplap on the walls, a barn door has been hung, the cabinets have all their crown molding and all the granite is being installed. The house has gotten a glamorous addition with all the beautiful granite.

The deck is a lovely spot to enjoy the outdoors and dine alfresco.

The wood and cast iron railings match the trim on the screened-in porch.

The board and baton siding with white trim are perfect with the carriage lantern light.

The crows foot trim is stained to accent the pitch of the roof.

This custom-built cubby is great for storage.

The hooks on the T&G back offer a perfect solution for tidy storage.

The travertine tiled shower has oil rubbed bronze handles matching the shower head.

The floor and wall accent in the shower are small square tiles that add a dash of contrast.

This double niche is perfect for all your shower needs.

This modern fan is great for the vaulted ceiling in the master bedroom.

A beautiful and charming chandelier adds a classy element to the master bath.

The addition of a hook for your robe or towel shows detailed thoughtfulness in the master shower.
