Creating a Home vol 75

The spaces we’re creating inside and out of the homes that we are building. I’m showcase a bit of everything from floor to ceiling as well as exterior touches to really make each home unique and inviting. The craftsmanship and customer style make each space a new area to explore and take pointers from.

The vaulted ceiling features charming beams work that adds a rustic design element.

The fireplace has lovely stonework and is topped by a mantle that matches the rustic beams on the ceiling.

The dining room has a curved wall with tall windows letting in natural light and offering a great view.

The glass table keeps the space feeling very open and spacious.

The kitchen has a small but charming island with a butcher block top and dark cabinetry to contrast with the white ones.

The kitchen cabinetry is white with an arched recessed panel and black granite countertops.

The arched design on the cabinetry adds a country design element to the kitchen.

This home features a gorgeous hardwood that has a varying tone of both light and dark wood.

The tile is a brick herringbone pattern that is eternally charming.

The steel wire railing adds a modern design element to the rustic look of these stairs

This home is getting many of the final details installed and finished. The appliances are in, the barn door hung, garage floor coatings, organizational shelving in closets and even the final lighting are getting wrapped up.

1-appliances — The stainless steel appliances are getting installed.

2-barn door — This barn door to the master bath has been hung and the dark rustic stain is gorgeous.

3-vanity mirror — The rustic framed vanity mirrors have been hung.

4-garage floor coating — The garage floor has been coated in a protective layer.

5-kitchen backsplash completed — The kitchen backsplash tile has been completed.

6-closet organization — The master closet organization shelving and drawers have been installed.

7-underdeck lighting — The underdeck is getting lighting installed.

8-pergola stained — The pergola has gotten stained a lovely rich color.

This gorgeous free-standing cast iron tub has a roman faucet and just invites you to soak away all your stress.

The master shower features and overhead rain faucet with tile on the ceiling as well as the walls.

The travertine tile in varying tones is a great neutral pallet.

The shower faucet is in oil rubbed bronze that looks great with the travertine tiles.

The roman tub faucet is also in oil rubbed bronze.

The railing inside the home is a lovely rustic element that adds such charm to the home.

The modern lighting adds a twist to the decor.

The entertainment room features a wet bar with white shaker cabinetry and a granite countertop.

The space for entertaining in the walk out basement is fantastic.

I love this copper sink in the wet bar it adds an element of surprise when you are at the wet bar.

The basement bath features a walk in tiled shower with travertine tiles and an oil rubbed bronze faucet.

The flooring in the basement is a large rectangular travertine tile in earth tones.

The home is receiving many finishing touches in shelving, light fixtures, mantles and fencing. So many little details that really bring everything together.

The vanity if a lovely furniture piece with a curved edge.

The beams on the ceiling are rough-hewn and add a beautiful touch to the room.

The triple crown molding on top of the cabinetry adds a majestic element to the kitchen.

This boat house invites you to come and enjoy the lake.

The T&G on the vaulted ceiling enhances the space beautifully.

The front of the screened-in porch has a wood crows foot in timber to draw the eye upwards.

The honey tone stain used on the T&G is both warm and timeless.

The bright furnishings show the individual personality of the owners while accenting the design elements of the home.

The great room has gorgeous rough-hewn beams on all of the edges of the vaulted ceiling.

This vanity has a matching mirror that is flanked by dual sconces that enhance the charm of the master bath.

The walk in shower has a glass enclosure with lovely travertine tile and an oil rubbed bronze faucet.

The master shower has tile that goes all the way to the ceiling and across it. The travertine has rich brown tones that are warm and inviting.

The lovely home is getting the finishing touches. Lights, door hardware, shelving and custom built-ins.

1-post light — The post light has been installed and looks perfect with the stone.

2-faucet testing — The roman faucet for the tub is being tested in this photo.

3-garage doors — The garage doors are of a carriage design.

4-wooden shelving — Wooden shelving has been installed in the master closet.

5-door hardware — All the doors have hardware meaning knobs or levers in oil rubbed bronze.

6-stained concrete — The exterior concrete has been acid stained.

7-custom built-in — A custom-built storage nook with herringbone shiplap on the back.

8-haning kitchen lights — All the chandeliers and pendant lights are being hung.

The dining room features two barn doors that slide open to offer a beautiful view of the fireplace.

The wet bar in the dining room has white cabinetry lit from the inside and a shiplap wall.

The kitchen features an apron farmhouse sink, an oil rubbed bronze faucet, white shaker style cabinetry and a lovely creamy granite countertop.

The cooktop has a stainless steel chimney style vent and an oil rubbed bronze pot filler.

The entire kitchen has a farm style feel with the white shaker cabinetry, shiplap walls and stainless steel appliances.

The screened-in porch is a beautiful and relaxing spot to enjoy the lake view.

The grilling deck invites a chef to enjoy cooking in the gorgeous space.

The rustic wooden cabinetry is topped by a creamy gray granite countertop.

The mud room has beautiful dark custom cabinetry for convenient storage.

The home is getting more stone installed on the exterior along with siding. Corbels are getting stained. T&G ceilings are going up as well. This home just continues to add-on the charm.
