The walls have drywall that’s now prepped for painting. We’ve installed both electrical and HVAC. The exterior has siding, wood trim and cedar shake. The home is looking almost complete on the exterior and the interior is almost ready to begin the install of cabinetry.
The home is visibly a home now. All the framing is going on. You can see the walls of the main floor, the loft and the roof taking shape.
The main level is being framed and we can see the white oak timbers being placed into the ceiling for support as well as ascetics. This shows just how high the ceiling will be in this lovely and spacious home. Next we’ll be installing the timbers for the vaulted ceilings before roofing begins.

The house framing is complete for the exterior and we’re installing the roof, water proofing and installing the shingles. Next up is the HVAC and trimming the roof edge with the soffit and fascia.
This home will soon look almost finished. We’re putting in insulation and drywall. Windows and doors have also begun to be installed.
The home is really taking shape from blue print to foundation and now the framing of the basement. You can see the shapes of the rooms, doorways and windows. The main level will be next after the floor system is finished. We’ve also added rolls of grass seeds to ensure that the grading is maintained.
We’ve got garage framing and floor sheeting being laid down. The floor sheeting lets us see the spacious floor plan begin to take shape. The garage is being framed out and then we’ll beginning to frame the main level.

The framing is almost complete and the cabinetry is being drawn on the subfloor to ensure that everything will be in the proper place for plumbing and electrical.
This home is really becoming a beautiful thing. They’ve been pouring the path to the dock, building the deck and putting up the siding with the wood trim. It’s going to be very lovely when it’s all finished.
We’ve gotten the foundation all poured and ready to begin framing. The stone retaining walls are set in place and rolls of grass seeds have been laid out to prevent the grading from sliding away with the spring rains.
