Creating a Home vol 40

The spaces we’re creating inside and out of the homes that we are building. I’m showcase a bit of everything from floor to ceiling as well as exterior touches to really make each home unique and inviting. The craftsmanship and customer style make each space a new area to explore and take pointers from.

The bar at the steps in the basement has lovely honey spice stained cabinetry topped with granite.
The crown molding on the tray ceiling draw the eye towards the craftmanship of the home.
The diamond tile accent detail in the tile work is lovely.
In this basement entertainment area they have a theater room, a sitting area, a wet bar and an air hockey table.
The cut out in the stairwell not only adds light to the stairs but also a design element to the room.
A clever storage idea for the mud room.
LVL tiles in an old petrified wood motif are gorgeous.
The patio at the back of the house is very inviting with plenty of seating and a hammock to relax in.
The concrete pathway down to the lake makes for an easy and pleasant stroll.
The exterior features custom shutters and charming stonework.
The entire house features stone and hardie siding while the roof has a mix of shingles and metal to add different design elements to the exterior along with all the charming trim work.
The home features many windows to let in natural light and create the craftsman appeal.
