The home has taken on the features that make it a house. Plumbing, windows, HVAC and waterproofing in preparation for shingles on the roof.

Here you can see a bath tub being installed with the plumbing set in place for a shower as well, all of this done before we install the tile.

The windows getting all trimmed out on the exterior.

The great room fireplace is having the HVAC connected to it.

The screened-in porches fireplace has HVAC and the sealed zip system wrap installed on it before stone is added.

The roof is all prepped for the shingles to go on now.

Windows being installed and you can see all the lovely natural light coming in.

The same windows from the exterior that let in all the natural light.

An inspection of the window installation.
