Creating a Home vol 55

The spaces we’re creating inside and out of the homes that we are building. I’m showcase a bit of everything from floor to ceiling as well as exterior touches to really make each home unique and inviting. The craftsmanship and customer style make each space a new area to explore and take pointers from.

T&G on the walls give this entertainment space a cabin retreat.

The T&G on the vaulted ceiling draw the eye upwards and make the porch cool and refreshing.

The dining area with a window into the kitchen add charm and convenience.

The screened-in porch is both spacious and lovely.

This custom green egg grill station is gorgeous.

This view shows the open window from the dining area into the kitchen, a lovely feature.

This deck is a spacious and a beautiful place to enjoy nature and the lake.

The railings and pickets are a lovely frame for the deck.

The kitchen has honey toned cabinetry and granite countertops are gorgeous.

The countertop has a gorgeous cream vein that runs through it.

The stainless steel appliances add a bright touch to the kitchen.

As we progress towards this homes completion the tile floor for the master bath will be heated so the element has been installed. We’ve got stone work on the exterior and the deck is being built.

This shower has beige travertine tile and a swinging glass door.

The shower head is detachable and finished in oil rubbed bronze.

The basement floor is polished concrete and looks fabulous.

Another shower has a partial wall and is open with a gray travertine tile.

This shower also features the detachable shower head in oil rubbed bronze.

The master bedroom has a charming cabin feel with T&G on the walls and ceiling.

The vaulted T&G ceiling adds a charming cabin retreat feeling to this home.

The rustic vanity is a wood topped furniture style piece.

The multi colored slate tile in the master shower is lovely and classic.

The large glass door to the shower open the space up and let in the natural light.

Details like the moose head hooks are charming to find in any home.

The fireplaces are getting stone work installed, the showers are getting tiled and the mantles stained. The exterior is getting corbels and crows feet done in beautiful wood work. This home is getting all the touches that elevate it as a custom craftsman home.

1-interior fp stone — The fireplace is getting stone installed.

2-int fp stone — This shows the top and sides of the fireplace with stone installed.

3-Int fp stone all — Now you can see the detail in the stonework and that it goes all the way to the ceiling.

4-shower tile — Beautiful marbled tiles is being installed in the shower.

5-accent tile — The accent band is in a herringbone pattern in the shower.

6-ext trimwork — The over hangs have all the corbels installed now.

7-crows foot — The crows foot has been completed.

8-fp mantles installed — The mantle on the fireplace has been stained and the built-ins painted.

This conference table provides plenty of meeting space.

The dark T&G on these built-in bunks is gorgeous.

A reading nook that’s both charming and filled with natural light.

A dark wood furniture style vanity gives this bath a classic feel.

The stairwell has beautiful dark stained stair treads.

The walk out basement has a great entertaining space.

The glass french doors in the walk out basement offer a great view of the lake and access to the patio.

These built-in bunks are beautifully crafted and provide sleeping space for 14+.

The beaten copper sink bowl is both artistic and charming.

The final white oak rafters are being installed and the framing is being completed. We’ve got sheathing on the exterior and roof. The windows and exterior doors have been delivered and are being installed. We’ve also started to do the custom finishes inside with an arched T&G ceiling in a hallway.

A gorgeous and spacious screened-in porch to enjoy the lake view from.

This is the vaulted T&G ceiling on the screened-in porch.

A charming foyer with all the white trim work and dark entry door.

The loft is open with a wooden and cast iron railing to enclose the space.

The dining area features a rustic but modern dining table with wall sconces.

The kitchen is a blend of rustic and modern with the white and black cabinetry, stainless steel appliances and column on the corner of the island.

The kitchen island is finished in distressed black.

The kitchen is very open and great for entertaining guests at.

The guest bath features a pedestal sink and black and white tile.

The guest shower has white subway tile and a checkered black and white for the floor.

A second guest bath matches the first with a band of the black and white tile.

This view of the living room from the loft shows how spacious the area really is.
