Creating a Home vol 39

The spaces we’re creating inside and out of the homes that we are building. I’m showcase a bit of everything from floor to ceiling as well as exterior touches to really make each home unique and inviting. The craftsmanship and customer style make each space a new area to explore and take pointers from.

The entry door is accented by the contrasting side lite. The two different stains are an unexpected design element.
The dining room features red walls, a tray ceiling and dark wood trim on the chair rail and the crown.
The dining room chandelier has a medallion and really stands out on the tray ceiling with the crown molding being dark to draw your eyes upward.
The staircase leading to the second story has a half wall to really let the architecture be a design element all accented by the dark crown molding.
This ia a close up of the tray ceiling in the master bedroom. The dark crown on the walls and then repeated in the tray really make this very dramatic.
This gorgeous soaking tub is in the master bath and looks so inviting and relaxing.
The tile work in the shower has an accent band in a diamond pattern.
The shower floor is finished in smaller tiles in a matching travertine.
The kitchen features honey spice stain on the cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, a stone backsplash and flecked granite countertops.
A close up of the cooktop showing the stone backsplash and the detail on the cabinetry.
The back of the home has a lovely shaded deck to relax on and enjoy the view of the lake from.
The main floor has a screened-in porch above the back deck for enjoying all the seasons from as it features a fireplace. The wood trim details are a lovely contrast to the white trim.
